The NWFP Governor Khalil-ur-Rehman has ordered detail assessment of damages the recent earthquake caused to the infrastructure of Hazara University, and experts must visit the institution and put on conclusion within shortest time.

Presiding over a high level meeting at the Governor's House here on Wednesday, Khalil-ur-Rehman made it clear that all available means should be utilised to enable students to continue their studies and they must not be worried in that respect.

Like all other buildings, it may be noted the infrastructure of Hazara University has also faced severe damages due to recent earthquake.

Though, the Governor said complete rehabilitation of the university infrastructure would definitely take time, but he would look into the possibility to make alternate arrangements.

The governor is likely to visit the university as well.
